All purchases are final and are not refundable. Any attempt to request a refund or to open a PayPal dispute will result in a permanent and irreversible ban on our minecraft server and our Minecraft store.

The purchase process can take up to 1 to 20 minutes. If your purchase is not credited in-game after this interval of time, please open a support ticket on our discord server/e-mail us at [email protected] accompanied by the purchase proof and we will resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to change our store's package price and features at any given time (It will be announced on our discord serve).
